Nasce dalla distillazione delle migliori vinacce dei nostri vigneti, utilizzando l’ antico metodo discontinuo a caldaiette in rame a vapore, ottenendo un nobile distillato. L’olfatto presenta aromi erbacei e fiori secchi, il gusto è compatto e deciso che riempie la bocca con note di frutta secca.
Servire tra i 9 – 13 gradi 40% vol.

It comes from the distillation of the best pomace from our vineyards, using the ancient discontinuous steam copper boilers method, obtaining a noble distillate. The nose has herbaceous aromas and dried flowers, the taste is compact and decisive that fills the mouth with notes of dried fruit.
